Welcome to the website of Homebase Gutters LLC (“Homebase Gutters,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or communicating with us about services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These terms are intended to explain how our website, estimates, scheduling, payments, and services are handled. They do not replace a written estimate, invoice, proposal, contract, warranty document, or signed agreement specific to your project.

3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote, estimate, or pricing information provided through the website, by phone, by text, by email, or in person is not a final contract unless accepted in writing by both parties.
Estimates may change if:

-
Site conditions are different than originally described or visible
-
Additional work is requested
-
Hidden damage, rot, fascia issues, structural issues, or access issues are discovered
-
Material needs change
-
Measurements or job conditions require adjustment
-
Local code, safety, or installation requirements affect the scope
We reserve the right to revise, withdraw, or decline an estimate before work begins.
4. Scheduling and Access
Project scheduling depends on weather, material availability, crew availability, site readiness, and other operational factors.
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including access to driveways, gates, exterior walls, gutters, downspouts, outlets, electrical areas if needed, and work zones.
We may reschedule work due to weather, unsafe conditions, unavailable materials, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a project.

If materials have already been ordered, custom work has begun, or a crew has been scheduled, certain deposits or charges may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project and the terms of the written estimate or invoice.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:

-
Providing accurate contact and property information
-
Disclosing known issues with the roof, fascia, soffit, siding, drainage, foundation, or existing gutters
-
Moving vehicles, furniture, decorations, grills, planters, and other items away from work areas
-
Securing pets and children away from work zones
-
Ensuring reasonable access to exterior areas
-
Notifying us of sprinkler lines, underground drains, electrical components, security systems, or other property features that could affect the work
-
Reviewing the estimate and asking questions before approving work

We are not responsible for delays, added costs, or damage caused by inaccurate information, hidden conditions, or lack of access.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be listed on the written estimate, invoice, or project agreement.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits may be required to schedule work or order materials. Final payment is typically due upon completion of the work.
Late payments may result in collection activity, additional fees, paused work, or other remedies allowed by law or by the written agreement.
8. Photos and Project Documentation
Homebase Gutters may take photos or videos of the property, work areas, existing conditions, installation progress, completed work, or damage discovered during the project.

These photos may be used for project documentation, quality control, customer communication, warranty review, training, marketing, website content, social media, or business records unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts not to display private, sensitive, or personally identifying information in marketing materials.
9. Warranty and Workmanship
Any workmanship warranty, material warranty, or service warranty will be described in the written estimate, invoice, warranty document, or project agreement.

Warranty coverage may not apply to issues caused by:
